Definitely recommend. Friendly driver from airport to hotel. Later realized I left personal items in the taxi. Called and everyone helping me was very kind and helpful. The driver turned in my items and they are shipping them to my home. Thank you everyone at Bluff City Taxi
It was crucial we met our taxi at 5:15. We scheduled it the day before. Confirmed with dispatch. And Mr. Rush showed up on time. Was very professional. Took us where we needed to go… helped us with our gigantic luggage. Perfectly executed!

Frank was my man when I was there in early February 2017! I am a wheelchair user and his van had a ramp that folded out the sliding door. He picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at my hotel. On the way there he pointed out the sights. I asked him if I needed to call the main number for a ride to the airport on my way out two days later. Frank gave me his card with his personal number and said he’d be at my hotel at 4am to pick me up. He texted me one night asking how I was enjoying the Garth Brooks’ concerts and I texted him during the last show to verify my pickup. True to his word, he picked me at 4am. Frank was just awesome and I highly recommend him!
Here is my story, I put my mother on a plane as I could not make the trip with her. And this was a drive of great distance from the airport. Bluff City Taxi was sympathetic and understanding and took great care of my mom. They called me several times from when they got to the airport, when they picked her up, a follow-up call and when they arrived. The driver and dispatcher made me feel at ease from the start. I highly recommend this company for your travelling needs. Great Job Bluff City!
